Plan your cycle friendly route

Create your account and plan your cycling route. You can choose between a commuter route, a safe route or the fastest route. Bike to Work routes use Open Street Maps, a map data bank that specifically takes account of the cycle infrastructure in your neighbourhood. Adjust your route by adding waypoints and other means of transport.  Download the Bike to Work app for free and use the navigation.

Monitor your cycling performance

Register your bike trips to work on your personal calendar. Keep track of your cycled kilometres, your bike days and the CO2 you have saved. Have your bike rate calculated (percentage of biked days/working days). Follow your statistics per week, month or year. Push your cycling ambitions by setting your personal Bike to Work goal.

During competitions such as the Spring Challenge you always see an increase in the numbers of bikers. The bike coin system is an additional incentive for our employees to carry on cycling as much as possible during the year, for each bike ride earns them 2 bike coins, which may be used to participate in the Velottery. Moreover, the online platform also provides you with a good total overview of the number of kilometres that your employees have biked.

As an employer we promoted the bike in particular as an extra-legal advantage. All employees receive the maximum of the exempted bike allowance: 24 eurocent per biked kilometre. The Bike to Work platform contains a smart reporting tool to register the bike allowance and to import those data easily into the payroll processing package of the social secretariat.
